(1) Find your way into Primm, (2) locate the Sheriff's Office, and (3) investigate.
Stability
Up to this point (March, 04. 2012), a few users have reported CTD's and (in one case) lag. I mention this here because I have moved on from this file awhile ago so I am unable to look into these (or future) reports. While I had no such issues, the fact that you and I, almost certainly, do not use the same bunch of mods makes this a subjective matter, at best. Consider all this before trying the mod.
