With JVO or JAM installed, the quest markers will now use icons when applicable.

[]If the quest points to a map marker, its icon will be used (including custom ones) and location name will be displayed on top if JVO settings permit it (normally JVO leaves the quest marker text blank for map markers).

It is highly recommended to use mods like ySI - Contextual Prompts, Local Map Overhaul and Modern Minimap to distribute ySI icons to various world objects.
