In the original Just Dynamic Crosshair spread penalty for not meeting strength requirements was 100 times less than in actual gameplay so i fixed it.
Also crosshair no longer act weird when player weapon skills is higher than 100
Requires Just Assorted Mods, won't work with Just Dynamic Crosshair as a separate mod
