A revised and edited edition of CHUCKSUDDEN12345's original tutor, with his permission.
I've been searching for some light, introductory, tutors to get started using the G. E. C. K. After downloading CHUCKSUDDEN12345's tutor I found it a bit hard to follow. As I attempted to work my way through it I added some notes and images to clarify some vague areas.
I corrected quite a few spelling errors, probably introduced some new ones as well.
This tutor introduces the three main windows/panes of the G. E. C. K. It then proceeds to show you how to modify the stock 9mm pistol and make your own custom 9mm.
To use: Download the .rar file, extract and read the .rtf file. If you have MS Office or just MS Word installed the file should open in it. Without MS Word you can read it with WordPad.
If you don't already have the G. E. C. K (Garden of Eden Creation Kit) you can download it directly from bethsoft at http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Main_Page Be sure to grab the Fallout New Vegas version.
