Fully Charged With No Extra Charge - Van Graffs Truth In Advertising

You know how there's that Van Graff's billboard ad that says "Fully Charged With No Extra Charge"? Well, now they actually do that! You get a free magazine of standard energy weapon ammo when you buy an energy weapon from Gloria Van Graff at no extra cost.

The first ammo in the relevant weapon's ammo formlist will always be chosen. In the case of modded weapons, this may result in non-standard ammo being provided, based on the structure of the AmmoList.

Weapons which have only one ammo and not a formlist will not provide this functionality.

Requirements:

JIP LN, xNVSE, Johnny, the usual stuff.

Installation:

Regular installation. Scriptrunner based, so no esp.

Compatibility:

Should be compatible with any weapon that's marked as an energy weapon as it's weapon skill, or any that are simply in the EnergyWeapons formlist. (Weapons which have been changed to Big Gun, but are in the EnergyWeapons formlist are covered!)

If you have a modded energy Big Gun which doesn't work with this mod, that's almost certainly because the weapon wasn't added to the EnergyWeapons formlist as it should have been.

Questions:

Have it provide over- or max- charged ammo?

I don't want to.

Is this balanced?

It provides a unique characteristic to a vendor who explicitly advertises such. I don't think it's much of an exploit.
