Freeside Landscape LOD

Now with higher-poly options!

I also want to add optional files that use the Strip's more realistic heightmap, I think it's a little more dramatic than the base Wasteland heightmap I used, and it might look a lot better. It'll probably come down to personal preference, but I'd like it to be an option.

I'll probably make patches for mods like Better Strip View and Lucky 38 E3 Lights Restored, too.

I always thought it was annoying that you couldn't see the mountains in Freeside, like the entire area of Vegas was sitting in the void. This mod fixes that.

The mod technically doesn't add any real LOD to Freeside, it instead uses LOD generated in FNVLODGen that was converted to a static mesh, the giant static mesh was then placed in the 3 Freeside worldspaces, and set as an "imposter" so that it never fades from view.

The Strip's lights also use the engines "imposter" feature. Since LOD isn't dynamic, parts of it can't be enabled or disabled, so the Strip's lights are instead static objects that are set as imposters, so that they can be seen at any place in the wasteland, and have a script attached that enables/disables them depending on the time of day.

The LOD mesh isn't very high-poly, I'll most likely generate higher-poly meshes in FNVLODGen soon. But for now, I really just wanted to show that it was possible.

You could theoretically create real Landscape LOD in Freeside, but since it's completely flat in-game, you would either have to recreate the landscape by hand 3 times, or maybe you could reimport a heightmap in TESAnnwyn, but that all seemed like too much work.

This mod will, to my knowledge, conflict with any other mods that add objects to the Imposter list in Freeside's Imposter region, but as far as I know, no other mod has touched it, so it should be fine. Any other mods that use the Imposter list method will have to be patched with this.
