I would highly recommend going through the INI to change specific settings you don't want enabled, For example: increased LOD or some misc pipboy settings.
Notepad ++ is recommended.
JIPLN nvse is required as the older fallout titles (excluding FO1, 2 and tactics, ) didn't have compatiblity for falloutcustom.ini until FO4 or skyrim idk.
