📋 About This Mod
2023 UPDATE
It's been 13 years and I have no intention of revisiting this mod. I hereby make this mod effectively "Open Source" for anyone to use as they wish WITH A CAVEAT.
Under absolutely no circumstances are modders to utilize Artificial Intelligence to create "new" segments for Alan Morgan. I do not authorize anyone to utilize my voice in such a manner. The content that has been made is all that there is. This is due in part because I disagree with the current use of A. I. content creation, but mostly because I am no longer active in the community or indeed even these franchises and I'd rather not spend time vetting A. I. generated segments to ensure they come across as how I desire Alan Morgan to come across. And I am not comfortable with others using my actual voice to in essence put words in my mouth. Especially in regards to a faction like the Enclave.
UPDATE
Fixed Compatibility Issues as well as boosted the Sound on the DJ Audio - as it was very difficult to hear. Please Enjoy!
After three years of silence, Radio Waves across the North American Continent reignite to the patriotic tunes broadcast by the Enclave. Now under the voice talents of Host Alan Morgan, the Enclave continues its Propaganda War against rival factions. But how much is just hot air?
- New DJ: Alan Morgan! Inspired by Radio Talk Pundits such as Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck.
- New Patriotic Tunes supplied by the Library of Congress' Website!
- Listen for the Official Enclave Positions for the events of Fallout 2 and Fallout 3.
- 40 Minutes of Talk and Music

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 2,446 endorsements and 50,000+ downloads.
- Fits perfectly into Fallout 3's lore, giving Enclave fans something to tune into.
- Simple and effective—just adds a radio station, no complex mechanics to mess with.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2010, so it might have compatibility issues with modern mod setups or the GOG version.
- Only adds one station; if you're looking for a radio overhaul, this is just a small piece.
For Fallout 3 players who want a bit more Enclave flavor in their wasteland wanderings. If you're a lore buff or just tired of the same old radio chatter, this is a quick install. Skip if you want a full radio expansion with tons of new music—this is a niche addition.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to place the mod in your Fallout 3 Data folder and activate it in the launcher's mod list.
- If you're using a mod manager like FOMM, just install the archive and enable it—no extra steps.
- Since it's an older mod, check if you need the GOG patch or any compatibility patches for your game version.
