I always thought the Enclave were rather lackluster in the original Fallout 3 (or in this case Tale of Two Wastelands) they were just your 2-D bad guys who all looked the same, and for some reason didn't really seem to communicate with each other. This mod aims to change this.

This mod completely overhauls the Enclave as a faction, diversifying their weapons, armor, and even adds some new content.

Description: Light troopers are recruits that have been on a few missions, and have done well enough to get promoted.
