Overview:
My take on Aerotech Office Park this place is wide open and nothing really happens. Everyone is just walking around doing nothing and there’s only one tent tucked into the corner and it’s a separate cell? I got rid of the 1 tent and placed a bunch of tents varying in quality from tarps to old dirty ones to clean ones (reserved for the enlisted). There’s a medical tent for Burt to work out of and a truck Indicating NCR is giving supplies to support the refugee camp and added bathrooms for the unfortunate souls. Place is a mess since everyone here is miserable junkie or down on their luck. Enjoy?
Features:
+ No longer empty - clutter is spread out across the cell to give the refugee camp life.
+ Removed big tent cell - instead there is a variety of tents in different degrees of quality.
+ More NPC idles - now they’ll have more things to do around the camp.
+ Interiors untouched messy enough as is.
+ Compatible with TLD so no extra NPCs added.
+ PCNV Open version coming later.
