IMPORTANT!!!: If the manhole cover does not show up to you (Which it really should...) open the console with ` and type Coc N9Comm. This will teleport you inside as if you had activated the cover. Can someone who has this issue do this, then head back outside, and tell me if the manhole is there?
The Story
You stumble upon an old military bunker in the Mojave Wasteland. Inside the entrance, a mid-aged man resides. He mysteriously knows how to get inside, and invites you to take a look, being too scared to do it himself. You enter the bunker, and are pulled into a deep story that spans over 200 years! You are accidently sent back in time, and you must aid First Lieutenant Pierce Mitchell, while he fights to free his colleague from captivity, and save what is possibly America's only chance at winning the war. The Deimos.
How to start it.
At the Nipton Road Rest-Stop, South of Primm. There is a manhole in the middle of the parking lot. Enter that, and enjoy the mod.
IMPORTANT!!!: The laser barrier WILL kill followers that enter it. Please tell them to wait before doing so! I had to make a tough decision, but this is a no-follower quest mod. It allowed me FAR more freedom when it came to scripted cutscenes and story. There is no easy way to account for non-vanilla followers.
Requirements
None! This mod only requires Fallout: New Vegas! No DLC, no NVSE, no AII. Just the base game.

Before saying you have a problem, please ensure that you have the latest version of the mod and use a clean save! I have had some bug reports solved because the person simply needed to update.
