This is an equivalent of my New Vegas Billboards HD mod that takes care of the billboards found in the Capital Wasteland. If you're a TTW player, installing both mods will cover all billboards in game. Fallout 3 and New Vegas share 3 billboards, so the mods will conflict - don't worry about it, because these are the very same files. Doesn't matter which one overwrites which.
INSTALLATION:
This is a simple model/texture replacer. Install with your mod manager or simply drop the folders to your game Data directory.
