We\'re also doing the voice recording for that mod so please watch that mod\'s page for an update as well. We\'re excited about this new addition to Boulder City and welcome Wardminator to the Boulder City team! Welcome to the official Boulder City Facelift Project, brought to you by Talon Company. This is the new homepage for all Boulder City Facelift Projects. Please track it for future releases. Updates will be announced at the bottom of the page by date. To date, the Boulder City Facelift Project consists of three mods which are described below. These mods can be used standalone, combined, with or without the .esm master file. The master file is included so the three mods can make references to each other if present, and for future plans. The .esm is NOT required and as of this date is not being used. It\'s just there as a placeholder for right now. Installation: Extract to data directory. Click to enable the esp or esp\'s of your choice, play the game. Wild Bill\'s Pawn: Adds an ex Great Khan vendor that sells you \"stolen\" NCR guns and ammo. Ask him about the basement and if you play your cards right you can access his armory. Includes workbench, fridge, and reloader for your use. Sleep in his bed if you want. Just don\'t steal from him. Sadie also has three unique recipes that you can learn. Great for the hardcore player. The dialog is entertaining and funny, and no more offensive than the rest of the game is. Side quests are in the development stages for some. Rooms are navmeshed and companion friendly.
