Balanced Skill Points

Tired of an experience where you fell like god? Tired of being too good at everything and feeling like every character you made end up feeling the same? Worry no more! With balanced skill points you will no longer excel at everything and you will need to think before building your character because you will not receive skill points (or just one) past level 30, making a more balanced game!

What it does.

This mod will limit drastically the amount ofs kill points the character receives, once the character surpasses level 30, it will no longer revive skill points, or just one. Also the Educated Perk is modified.

Two versions.

There are two versions: Balanced skill points 0 points after Level 30 and balanced skill points 1 point after level 30.

Educated.

The educated perk haves been modified to havetwo ranks: “With the Educated Perk until you reach level 30, you will gain +2 skill points every time you advance in level. At the second rank, you can still gain +1 after level 30. This perk is taken early on. To maximize its effectiveness."

Why?

I think the game allows for different approaches and gameplay options, but this gets lost once you reach a high level because everyt skill start reaching the 100 points, and this is specially notorious with mods because the game becomes much longer (TTW), this also helps to keep leveling up (there are hundreds of level caps here) without breaking the game too much (godlike character), I also recommend to keep the perks every two or three levels.
