This dramatic camera angle is heavily inspired by RE4's camera.
The view is tighter and closer to the player character. If you press the Z key, you will shoulder-swap the camera. If you would like me to make a patch of the mod with the shoulder-swap action mapped to some other key, just comment in the forum. I will make the build right away.
While crouching, you can also see over tables and waist-high walls better than in vanilla.
