A Larynx for Lobotomites - Feral Female Voice Edit

Inspired by this thread, A Larynx for Lobotomites gives a voice to the previously silent female population.

This mod was created in just a few hours, and though I have never played through Old World Blues, I used the console to spawn in and saw that it was working as intended. I did have to edit a few NPC records in order to switch some of the lady lobotomites over to their new voice type, so just be aware of that if you check the mod's internal workings.

About the new voice type: It's actually an edit of the voice type used by feral ghouls, which male lobotomites use by default. Female lobotomites are assigned to to their own voice type (NVDLC03LobotomiteVoiceFemale) in Old World Blues, but there are no sound files attached to it, which is why female lobotomites can never be heard speaking.

I extracted all the voice files associated with the CreatureFeralGhoul voice type, and gently edited them to sound slightly different--the lines are a tad faster spoken than their default feral ghoul counterparts, but I think it allows the female lobotomites to sound even more vicious.

One other thing I did was assign the voice lines emotions, which the default feral ghoul voice lines do not have (sorry, gents). Ergo, lady lobotomites are going to look rather ticked off if you catch sight of them in combat--but only if they don''t cut you down where you stand first.  ;)

Oh, and before I forget, this mod is compatible with Female Lobotomites Spawn in Big MT by Skulluminati.
