It' s all in the title.
After selecting the hand loader perk and crafting some sweet ammo I noticed the IMHO ridiculous penalty to the gun condition, so I decided to bring it down from x3. 00 to x1. 50. This is the first time I used the GECK, I literally downloaded it an hour ago. Feel free to request other changes, though it would probably take you less time to learn how to do it yourself. Enjoy.
