Changes TOD visuals for Single Player

I have only changed the TOD's for post campaign weeks. (If there is demand for it to be during the main campaign, I can make it)

• []Open Mod manager

  []Press Import and select mod

  []Press Apply

  []Press Launch and enjoy

  Note: The randomized TOD is not actually random. I used a randomizer for each day part to select a TOD preset for it. I have made a couple randomized ones using this method. Each day part will remain the same for example if you see a Tuesday morning with a night preset, it will be that every week.  Once you start seeing a pattern switch to a different random TOD setup. If you feel it is still too predictable with 3 TOD setups, let me know and I can generate a few more randomized TOD setups.
