CHR Unbound Reshade

INTRODUCTION

NFS Unbound already looks awesome but I tried to make it look a bit more immersive and stunning meanwhile not taking away much performance. I present you 3 reshade presets, the first two are more darker and filmic and the latest one gives the game a more realistic look. I used sharpening, bloom, fake lighting, MXAO and filmic filters but feel free to adjust for your personal taste. FPS drop is about 5-10% depending on resolution and GPU.

NO EFFECTS/HUD

I'm also using a mod which removes graffiti effects completely and the HUD. It works through Reshade and you can turn them ON or OFF with hotkeys, but you can't use it in online mode (possible ban). If you are interested I can upload it here and write a tutorial on how to install it. Let me know in the comments!

1. Download the latest ReShade from the original site.

2. Install ALL the shaders by clicking twice on the "Uncheck all" button.

3. Download and unzip my preset into your /Need for Speed Unbound folder.

4. Launch the game and press "Home" to bring up the Reshade interface, you can Skip Tutorial.

5. Choose the "CHR_Unbound.ini" preset then press "Select".

6. Enjoy and endorse if you like it!

If you experience flashing or other visual bugs, go to the Add-Ons tab and tick the two boxes starting with "Copy depth buffer..."
