Amid several new drivers arriving onto the street racing scene of Lakeshore, the PD has established collaborations with state, federal, and private law enforcement organizations. They have overseen the deliveries of numerous fancy new cruisers. They're counting on the most overwhelming presence and tactics to demoralize you from even attempting at all! Can you prove them wrong?
