Upgraded turbos and superchargers

This mod changes all the super elite and ultimate turbos and superchargers in the game to produce more power, varying between them with different lag times. Single turbos produce the most power but have slightly more lag (still way reduced from the base game) and are better for straight lines. Dual turbos have slightly less power but also less lag, making them best all-around for races. Superchargers have 0 lag, best for very short, tight tracks. I have also uploaded a second file that has just the ultimate turbos changed. Just add the mod to the mod manager.
