need for speed heat nos rework

I've rebalanced all the NOS items in the game. All 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, and 5x NOS items now have increased duration and power, feeling as they should have been in the first place. All 1x6, 1x9, 1x12, and 1x15 items have also been buffed and are now "hold to use," and their durations extended. The 15x NOS is now infinite.

I've also added a NOS refill that has 1000 refills with no cooldown. The NOS power and duration auxiliaries have been buffed; all are now duration modifiers. NOS Power Pro is . 15, Elite is . 25, Duration is . 50, and Duration Elite is . 75. The mixed NOS is infinite but only works with the "hold to activate" NOS bottles. Do not use it with the 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x NOS, as it will stick on, and you'll have to go to the garage or pause and change it to stop it.

The auxiliaries don't work online as the game overwrites them, reverting them to normal while online. Also, the duration of the NOS doesn't work online either because it gets overwritten. However, the NOS power increases do still apply online, and you can use the original auxiliaries to buff them further online. I tried to make this as balanced as possible without making it completely broken. Any feedback would be appreciated.
