Cops you can actually take down. The entire police is rebalanced, not just their health. Five tiers, 15% to 75% of vanilla. Load after UNITE Heat 3. 5.

Description

Vanilla cops die, but only to real hits, and they don't let you win a single pursuit unless you drive a 400+ car.

This mod rewrites the bottom of that curve. Light contact counts, and a slow car can finish a cop without a perfect setup. No tier makes cops harder than vanilla.

It also fixes what UNITE did to the police. No 250 mph cruisers, no x2. 5 vision cones, no rubber-banding.

  []Busted timer 7. 2 s, escape timer 5 s, water arrests gone.[/]

  []Takedowns pay 350 Heat instead of 600, because they are no longer rare.[/]

  []UNITE's entire police section is replaced, speed caps, vision cones and rubber-banding included. Its roadblocks and patrol routes stay.[/]

    Installation instructions
