How to get it:
You have to buy Octo-Rims and
Stock Tires with 175-60-14 profile
Requires AssetReplacer Mod by Bitpro
Just put the rimspackage.unity3d into the asset replacer folder and you're good to go.
Known Bugs:
due to a bug in that mod, when you save and reload, it disappears. you have to restart your game in-order to get rims back.
Rotation issues, (would try to fix it in upcoming updates)
