Talia's misc additions and tweaks

I got annoyed at some features missing or some bugs or things that could be done better. Thus, I've made my own mini pack to adjust this.

- Fixes register triggers at Wastewater and Fleetari. (WHY TOPLESS, ITS ONE VARIABLE IN UNITY INSPECTOR).

- Light in the parent's house entrance hallway, Switch to the left when you enter. This always annoyed me, the light is even modeled!

- Option to make advert pile spawn at parent's house vs the apartment.

- Brighter car interior lights.

- Pantry light with visible light in the ceiling.

- Manual override switch for the driveway light to force it on.

- PSK Temperature display.

- Porch motion light + Override switch.

- Gifu exhaust now warms you up. Trust me, old diesels will make your ankles burn in pain even with firefighter gear. I know from experience.
