Installation instructions:

Download MSCLoader (for My Winter Car);

Install MSCLoader (for My Winter Car) (where mywintercar.exe is located);

After you have done everything listed above, transfer the contents of the NOP archive to the Mods folder;

Done! Enjoy smooth gaming!

Note: This mod one might say is in beta, so for those who have low FPS in My Winter Car, this mod is just right.
