Adds the ability to prime the carburetor with fuel.
Fully priming the carburetor requires about 15 strokes; if you have removed and reinstalled it, you may also need to press the accelerator pedal a few times when starting the engine. To start the engine, prime the fuel system, pull the choke out fully, and turn the ignition key. Priming will not help if the engine is flooded.
