"Real Time" Mode:

Tracks the brewing process in "Real Seconds"

This mod converts the internal brew units into a "real-time" countdown, so you see a semi-accurate minute:second timer (with total seconds shown underneath).

Because the game’s brewing system does not progress in perfectly linear real-world seconds, you may notice slight stepping in the countdown as it updates to reflect the internal fermentation rate.

The timer mirrors the game’s actual brewing logic as closely as possible, so any small jumps you see are a result of the system rather than desync or instability as before in previous iterations of the mod.

That said, the timer and mod are in a stable, fully functional state that I’m proud of.

Brew Units Mode:

Displays the raw internal brew units directly from the game.

This is a direct read of the game's internal brewing progression, without real-time conversion. It is perfectly aligned with the game's internal logic and will never hitch or resync

Both modes are fully toggleable in the mod settings, and switching between them does not change the UI style, font, or layout.

I am still trying to improve the mod, and I’m not a great coder. This was a simple passion project that had so many issues, and I still have a lot to learn.

I doubt this will work properly if there are changes to the kilju bucket or if there is more than one bucket. I don’t even really know how I got it to work in the first place.

Q:Does this affect fps

A:it shouldn't, at least not in any big way

Q:Does temperature/heater affect kilju brewing

A:Nothing I’ve seen in my numerous tests has shown that temperature is even referenced by the kilju brewing process. I can’t say with absolute certainty that it has no effect at all, but if there is one, it’s negligible. From everything I’ve observed, the brewing follows the same stable curve regardless of environmental temperature.

Q:why are there skips in real time

In earlier versions, real-time mode would count down by 5 seconds, skipping entire chunks. I didn’t quite like how abrupt that felt, so I tried smoothing the timer visually so it would seem more natural.
