Kekmet forklift detacher

Transform your KEKMET tractor experience with realistic front loader mechanics! This mod adds the ability to detach and reattach the front loader using a bolt system, just like other parts in My Winter Car. Control hydraulics with keyboard or mouse, and manage the loader as a fully physical object. I didn’t touch the original tractor specifications; they remain stock. When the front loader is removed, the tractor’s weight changes — it becomes lighter by about ~450 kg.

## Features

### 🔧 Realistic Bolt System

- 16 bolts secure the front loader to the tractor

- Use 14mm wrench or ratchet with mouse wheel to tighten/loosen bolts

- Bolts can loosen from vibration and impacts during driving

- Fully tightened bolts = secure attachment

- Loosened bolts = risk of detachment from strong impacts

### 🎮 Dual Control System

Keyboard Controls:

- Numpad 8/2 - Arm up/down

- Numpad 6/4 - Loader up/down

Mouse Controls:

- Click and hold on hydraulic levers

- Left/Right mouse button for up/down movement

- Realistic lever interaction with audio feedback

### ⚙️ Realistic Hydraulics

- Weight-based system - heavy loads slow down hydraulic movement

- Load limits: Loader 250kg, Arm 700kg

- RPM drain - hydraulics consume engine power (150-800 RPM depending on load)

- Authentic sounds - hydraulic loop audio for arm and loader

### 🔩 Physical Detachment System

- Loader can detach based on bolt tightness and physical forces

- Tracks acceleration, vibration, and impacts

- 5-second protection after installation to allow physics to stabilize

- Detached loader becomes a physics object you can move and reinstall

### 💾 Save System

- Persistent state across game sessions

- Saves hydraulic positions, bolt states, and loader position

- Automatic save on game save

### 🛠️ Safety Features

- Reset button in MSCLoader settings menu to return loader to tractor

- Auto-respawn if loader falls through map (Y < -10)

- Part naming system for easy identification

## Installation

1. Install MSCLoader (required)

2. Extract mod files to `Mods/ForkliftDetacher/`

3. Place `kekmet_hydraulic_sound.unity3d` in `Mods/Assets/ForkliftDetacher/`

4. Launch game and enable mod in MSCLoader menu
