Idk Addition and Fixes Pack(Beta)

My own pack with some fixes and new things :P

This mod still in developing, so report any bugs

The features (actually for 0. 3)

- Disable outside Furniture

- Add more heat pole to map

- Add Stereo to parents house

- Make all fuel pumps working

- Add smoke from Chimney

- Disable taxi job and functions

- Add missing gauges glass to Matchwagen

- Fix interior light gauge in Sorbet

- Fix unworking rear light to Sorbet

- Disable apartment rent

- Return Dirtness like in MSC
