Gullideckel Taxi Wheels

Requires Asset Replacer to work. Just unzip the .unity3d file into your Assets/AssetReplacer folder

v1. 2 is out. Properly fixed. Still goes with the taxi_start3.wav to improve the engine sound experience.

v1. 1 - OCD forced my hand to darken the bolt well holes. As an incentive to new downloaders, now comes with a easter egg asset file gift inside! =) 1. 1 - I made a huge mesh mistake when did the update. I was too sleepy after i noticed to fix impromptu.

Finally!!! That wheel was a beach and a half to make, but it's finally properly done. Never thought to get a freaking wheel to look "right" could be so downright temperamental.

To begin with, there are two generations, the pre and post 89. The post 89 kinda looks kitsch: it's rounded holes really didn't spoke to me. And that translated even more strongly ingame.

Had to go with the spotless look: anything else just didn't catch the essence of it. I thought i was a car nerd before, but this freaking rim took me to another level down the car circle jerking rabbithole hell.

That must be cake walk for the more experienced modders, but ack... my bones and eyes ache just thinking about opening blender and unity again for a few weeks. The AMG euro look dub lovers will have to wait until i get my eyes and nerves painless again.

After that i would have basically accomplished all that i wanted ingame tbh. Until creativity bugs comes up again, i'll spend some quality time with the merc and it's clattering diesel.
