About dirtiness

It depends on the USS reference, returns dirt from MSC, adding dirt to clothing

The powder is sold in PSK for about ~40 MK.

Clothes get dirty from the player, but you can also drink shit from Gifu if you want

Washing machines are located in the apartments in the storage room and in the parents' house in the vanilla position. Mod developers can also create their own washers (and clothes shelves) for their projects
