To install, just put the file in your MSCLoader mods folder.
Open menu with CTRL + C
Tool descriptions:
Skip timers: Skip post order and Fleetari wait.
Manage time: Change time of day or time scale.
Spawn car parts: Spawn items sold in the magazines and at the repair shop.
Spawn shop items: Spawn items sold at the gas station and more.
Job cheats: Change aspects of some jobs, these should save between restarts. Skip job timers.
Debug cars: Defrost windows, heat engine and manage fuel.
Tune cars: Change car engine power, wheel grip etc.
Rivett report: Check if any parts are missing / unbolted / damaged.
Modify needs: Toggle and set needs, get rid of addictions.
Manage world: Change weather, toggle highway cops and permadeath.
Tomfoolery: Spawn some unused assets and other stupid things...
