This state of the art mod adds the revolutionary technology of... openable kitchen cabinets!!!
(well, i guess it does other stuff too)
With Better Apartment™, yes you get openable kitchen cabinets (which is 90% of the point of this mod), but you also get some nice features, like:

[]Openable TV cabinets, so you can store and proudly display your trophies... or random junk.

]Disable static empty beer bottles on the ground (nice if you're an alcoholic with standards).[]Remove the carpet stains (again, standards).
[]Clear coffee table static magazines so you can store your other trash there.
[]Make the bathroom sink usable (for that extra bit of immersion of actually being in an apartment from 1999 rural Finland).
[]Fix the phone's position so the outlet is actually on the wall and replace the chair it's on with a table you got from an alternate dimension where Rent Apartment still works.
All of these features can be toggled on or off in the mod's settings, except the openable kitchen cabinets of course (again, it's basically the whole point of this mod).
