wizard hats ported by me

it at the opening of morrowind start, right where you pick up Fargoth's Ring in the barrel next to the barrel is a sack with the hats

oh and if you want to change or fix up the model use this blender plugin to do that here's it name, this is the guide on how to install it

here the plugin itselfs "Morrowind Blender Plugin" blender version  3. 6  or newer oh and for changing or fixing textures use gimp any should work version  with this plugin it allows you to edit "dds" files in gimp and import and export them to other formats so you can use in better tools and you can put them back in a "dds" format when you're done.

So a bit of info on the mod. All this mod does is adds the hats noting else just hats

for changing and improving the icons download and use paint.net the file format is "tga" if you got tools that can open, import and export them you don't need this
