📋 About This Mod
EDIT 8/19/2021: The Fliggerty link provided on modding-openMW's site for this mod has been brought back up so I encourage you to use that link, as it's uploaded by Westly directly! it can be found here.
First off, I did not create this mod! It is an attempt to reupload a source that used to be on fliggerty. I copy/pasted as many credits as I could find, so if any are missing, please let me know so I can add it! I also added a credit to the reddit user who had this as a google drive download, so THANK YOU!!
This is a mod that changes the heads of all races in the game with better versions with the exception of Argonians and Khajiits.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (45k) and solid endorsements (1k) — this is a proven mod
- Pluginless design means no load order headaches, just drop-in textures
- Works with OpenMW, which is a big deal for modern Morrowind players
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2021, so it might not cover newer mods or expansions
For Morrowind players who want better-looking NPC heads without messing with plugins or load orders. Also great for OpenMW users following modding guides. Skip if you want more than cosmetic changes — this is purely visual.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's pluginless, just extract the textures into your Morrowind Data Files folder, overwriting when prompted.
- If you're using OpenMW, make sure to enable the mod in the Content Files list even though it has no plugin — it still needs to be active.
- Test with a new game or by visiting a major city like Balmora to see the head changes immediately.
