Vurt's Animated BC Trees

Animated trees for the BC region.

Changes from Vurt's Bitter Coast Trees II:

Wind animation to all leafed Bitter Coast trees

No .esp (= no additional variations of BC trees are added to the world map) = better compatibility.

Removed all the dead / non leafy trees from the mod apart from flora_bc_tree_06, so far less trees are introcuded than the old mod

Tree canopies are remade from scratch

BC Tree 01 is now the original mesh but with new/more leaves

Better performance in comparison to the old mod (less polygons, though the wind animation itself might impact performance somewhat)
