you will need a levitation spell scroll or potion to get there and a unlock spell scroll or a lockpick to unlock the door to the house
The house contains unique weapons clothing books 7 chests where you can store items and 2 hostile npcs wich you will need to defeat to live in the house
the npcs are very powerful so preapare to fight
