📋 About This Mod

Travel Ledger adds readable route books that help players navigate Vvardenfell, Solstheim and the Tamriel Rebuilt mainland without needing external maps or wikis. The mod does not add fast travel, teleportation or gameplay shortcuts.

Travel Ledger is a lore-friendly travel reference mod for Morrowind and Tamriel Rebuilt. Instead of relying on external maps or constantly checking the wiki, this mod adds readable in-game route books that allow you to naturally keep track of transportation networks across Vvardenfell, Solstheim and the TR mainland.

The mod does not add teleportation, instant travel or gameplay shortcuts. Its purpose is simply to make navigation and route planning more immersive, intuitive and accessible during long playthroughs.

Travel NPCs now offer dialogue topics related to the ledger, allowing the player to obtain the books directly through conversation. The books contain organized route information for Silt Striders, boats, gondoliers and Guild Guides.

The Core version supports:

  • []Morrowind [/]

    []Tribunal [/]

    []Bloodmoon [/]

The TR Addon adds support for:

  • []Tamriel_Data [/]

    []TR_Mainland [/]

An AIO version is also included for players already using both setups.

This mod was built primarily for OpenMW and uses OpenMW Lua runtime features alongside standard ESP dialogue and book records. The travel system itself is untouched; no vanilla fast travel behavior has been modified.

Installation is straightforward:

  • []install as a normal OpenMW data directory, [/]

    []enable the ESP, [/]

    []enable the corresponding

    .omwscripts file. [/]

Do not use multiple versions together. Use:

  • []Core alone, [/]

    []Core + TR Addon, [/]

    []or AIO by itself. [/]

The mod is lightweight, lore-friendly and designed to fit naturally into long-term Morrowind and Tamriel Rebuilt playthroughs.
