Add iron dagger as light armor shield. Can be found in Shenk's Shovel Inn (located in Caldera).Ask for a bed or pick the room.
It's same model as iron dagger. With some magic of NIFscope it was created for self usage a long time ago.
So NOW you can have dagger in your off hand but it's function as a shield.
