Have you ever heard of The Tea Mod? It's one of those "blast from the past" or "hidden gem" type of mod.
I personally enjoy it as a cozy addition to my game, but I found the shop outside Ebonheart slightly out of place. Old Ebonheart instead feels like the perfect place for an exotic tea shop. It's an addition that perfectly fits the theme of a cosmopolitan city.
As a side note, the new assets from The Tea Mod are also recognized by Ashfall with a simple interop.
This is an esp replacer for the original mod. I also bundled the assets, and optimized the textures with Ordenador.
Another small features is that this version of the mod works with vanilla bodies as the modded Redguard clothing that the NPCs wear have been swapped for TD_data assets.
