Even with thousands of mods out there, no one seems to have picked up this thread. Until now.

This mod offers a simple yet atmospheric quest that explores what might have happened to the missing scholar - and why the Empire would quietly send an agent like Sarnir to Dagon Fel, unknown even to Caius Cosades. With Dagon Fel being surrounded by ancient Dwemer ruins, a single word came to my mind: Numidium.

New dialogue for Dagon Fel residents regarding the scholar and Sarnir - both before and after the quest. Even characters like Sorkvild the Raven have something to say.

Subtle narrative clues - through dialogue and found items - hint at a deeper connection to Numidium and lost Dwemer knowledge.

Blades integration: If you’re a Blades member, Sarnir will reveal his true allegiance and offer advice and a gift - just like other Blades members. For compatibility with Tamriel Rebuilt, Caius won’t mention Sarnir by default, (the assumption is that even Caius doesn't know about his presence in Vvardenfell) but once you find him, new dialogue and rewards are unlocked.

A few hidden extras - new lines and minor changes you might notice if you look carefully after completing the quest.
