Almost everything that is added to the mod is highly compatible. It is either disabled when the quest is not running, or placed at a compatible spot.
The perfume’s unique potion sound is now supported by both MWSE (Thanks to Greatness7) and OpenMW lua (Thanks to sjek), although OpenMW will play the default inventory bubbles sound. It was not possible to block those soundeffects currently. You need to install the optional folder for the sound effect.
If you have Skyrim Style Quest Notifications installed (MWSE or OpenMW). Install the optional SSQN folder to get a unique quest icon.
