Tamriel Rebuilt Ald Iuval Small Home

Right outside the inner ring of Ald Iuval within the somewhat dilapidated outer ring of the city you will find a small house apparently untouched by the all encompassing decay of the city. Salima Deralas, who spends her days hustling right outside the house will be more than happy to point you in the right direction to buy the place.

The inside is rather small, yet cozy and well furnished. Lots of shelfs, storage, a couple of funghi planters and lanterns to tie the place together.

I kept it easy and simple. The process of buying the place gives two local NPCs a little bit of backstory and is lore friendly.
