I've always disliked the Tamriel Data water textures, especially with high resolution texture mods, so I gave them (with the help of AI, I must admit) a cleaner, more crystal clear look. I also slightly edited the waterfall textures to make them more transparent.
You can also find another version in the optional files that is closer to vanilla.
