The key to open the house is hidden in the house exterior, while I learn to force a Trader to sell the key.
This is the result of me discovering the Danaeplays Modding tutorial... which has been really fun, I'm planning at some point, when I learn how, to make the house Buyable from some Npc (someone that would be the seller of a house).
