Skill Reorganization and skill experience

Changed what skills increase what ability scores as well as changing how much experience you get for using a certain skill Skills are distributed in the following way Strength: Axe, Spear, Blunt Weapon, Acrobatics Weapons that crush or pierce through armors Acrobatics requires leg strength Agility: Long Blade, Marksman, Armorer, Sneak I imagined this attribute to be about physical control Speed: Unarmored, Hand to Hand, Short Blade, Block Skills requiring explosive use of speed both to strike and to dodge Endurance: Heavy Armor, Medium Armor, Light Armor, Athletics Endurance is about physical willpower, working through pain and taking hits Intelligence: Restoration, Alchemy, Enchant, Security Knowledge, mental capacity, and ability to figure things out Security involves figuring out and understanding lock designs Willpower:  Destruction, Alteration, Mysticism, Conjuration These skills are all about the use of mental will Magic that involves opposition to another entity or the natural order Conjuration is about dominating the will of the summoned creature Personality: Illusion, Speechcraft, Mercantile All about convincing people of things Experience Changes Increased experience from using individual ingredients Increased the experience for successfully casting spells so It is 1. 5x what it is normally  Doubled Block Experience Added a small amount of experience for using a cast on strike weapon to the enchant skill Doubled experience for successful recharge and creation of magical items.
