Skill progress bars

A simple MWSE Lua mod that shows skill bars without having to open the stats menu to check the progress. A maximum of ten skills simultaneously on screen, with a MCM configuration page to activate, deactivate or change skills. It doesn't show any new information you couldn't see in the stats menu. Its only use is to have that information always visible on screen while playing.

Support for Merlord's Skills Module has been added. New skills are added after a game has been loaded, so cannot be selected until you start playing and the Skills Module makes data available, but once selected they are saved like original Morrowind skills. If you cannot see the custom skills, open the stats menu and check they are ready and visible, then try selecting again to appear on screen.
