Add's Sixth House Cultists to random exterior areas, watch were you go, they will appear out of nowhere and they are more difficult as you get closer to Red Mountain
My recommendation for the full experience is to start a new game or at least a save game where you haven't travelled far into the Sixth House Quests
A few questions inspired me to add this: This is a difficult fight ! some of these cultists are up to level 80
They do not reappear unless you start a new game, once dead they are dead, since I basically threw this together in less then a day, it is not set up as a complete "quest" but once we are through this Modathon, I will revisit this and make it into an actual quest with a goal to accomplish
