📋 About This Mod
Adds a simple house to Balmora.
A relatively small, simple house mod I made for personal use while learning how to use the Construction Set.
Adds a small house to the north-eastern side of Balmora next to the guard tower.
No killing, stealing, or questing required.
All containers (2x baskets, 1x chest of drawers, 1x small chest, 1x large chest) have a high capacity.
Very few clutter objects (a candle and a lantern for lighting) so you can decorate as you please.
Has some shelves, tables, and other surfaces for display.
